WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

This is a senior, leadership-focused role for an experienced Event Operations Manager.

You will take full ownership of complex, high-profile events, confidently managing teams, stakeholders, and logistics while delivering exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex events

• Take full accountability for event execution and operational performance

• Manage and inspire FOH & BOH teams, setting standards on-site

• Build and maintain strong relationships with London venues and suppliers

• Oversee all event logistics including staffing, equipment, and transport

• Collaborate with chefs and planners to ensure seamless delivery

• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively

• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Oversee event costings and administrative processes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in event operations

• Proven experience working across a range of London venues

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management

• Advanced organisational and logistical planning ability

• Calm, confident decision-making under pressure

• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
