On 10th September, we at Moving Venue, London’s most experienced event caterer, celebrated a milestone—our 40th anniversary—in grand style at the iconic Natural History Museum. We partnered with headline sponsors Lavender Green, Wise Productions, and Sternberg Clarke to put on a spectacular event featuring an exceptional line-up of performances, speeches, and culinary delights. Everything was crafted to showcase our unique offerings and celebrate our vision for the future.
As the first caterer to ever deliver an event at the Natural History Museum, it felt only fitting that we chose to host our 40th-anniversary celebration there. The theme, “Rebellious by Nature,” not only reflected our history of pushing boundaries but also honoured the Natural History Museum’s celebration of the natural world. The evening was a stunning blend of creativity, elegance, and a tribute to our four decades of innovation in the events industry.
“This celebration is a reflection of our journey over the past 40 years – a journey marked by innovation, creativity, and a passion for challenging the status quo,” said Chloe Jackson, our Managing Director. “The theme ‘Rebellious by Nature’ perfectly encapsulates our ethos as a company. We have always strived to defy expectations and deliver extraordinary experiences, and last night was a testament to that spirit.”
“Moving Venue’s 40th birthday party was more than just a celebration; it was a bold statement of the company’s intent to continue leading the way in the catering industry, embracing change, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible,” commented Robert Wetherell from The Natural History Museum. “We feel honoured to be a huge part of this journey.”
We are incredibly proud to have delivered such an exceptional event and to have marked this milestone in such grand fashion. As we look to the future, the spirit of rebellion and innovation that has defined us for 40 years will continue to shape our journey ahead, ensuring we remain at the forefront of London’s event catering industry for decades to come.
