Purpose-built to host lavish feasts and celebrations for almost 400 years, Banqueting House is the original ‘party palace’ and a part of the Historic Royal Palaces portfolio.
After the previous Banqueting House burnt down, in 1622 King James I commanded Inigo Jones, a highly regarded architectural advisor, to create a sumptuous and elegant replacement. Now, this magnificent neo-classical hall located on Whitehall could be the perfect setting for your event.
